The current MTY Rewards program runs until November 28, 2021.
After this date, rewards points will no longer be awarded or redeemed.
As for current free item rewards, earnings stop on October 28, 2021 and
remain redeemable until November 28, 2021.
DON’T WORRY ABOUT YOUR POINTS!
Beginning November 29, 2021, go to MTYRewards.ca to transfer unused points to a digital Café Van Houtte gift card.
You have 12 months to transfer your unused points before they expire on November 28, 2022.

In-Store: When visiting any Café Van Houtte location, register in-store via the QR code or ask our staff to assist you.
Online: When visiting our website, register Online or via our Online Ordering platform.
Once you have registered, you can earn points on every single purchase in any Café Van Houtte location and online placing an order via our Online Ordering platform.
You can earn points on all purchases, including coffee, pastries, and boutique items
You must register and complete your profile to be able to redeem points.
You can redeem points any time in-store (ask the cashier) and Online (at checkout). There is no minimum purchase requirement, and points can be used on any purchases (except gift cards).

As of January 31, 2022, you can no longer earn punches on your existing coffee or specialty beverage card. You have until February 27, 2022, to redeem any previously acquired free beverages. As of February 28, 2022, all unused punches expire (whether or not there are enough of them to claim a reward). Punches do not transfer over to the new program.

No, Café Van Houtte Rewards points do not have an expiry date as long as your account is active. You won’t lose the points you’ve earned, even if they’ve been in your account for a very long time. However, all cards that have been inactive throughout a consecutive 12-month period from their last transaction are considered as inactive members, thus terminating all benefits of the program.
